Tracing Logic or Critical Path

I am a long timw P3 user and would like to know of Projects has this feature.
In P3 an * shows up beside all predicessor(s) that are driving the task and
an * shows up next to all successor(s) the task is driving. Tracing a string
of logic is a breeze. Some task have 20 or more logic ties. How do you trace
logic in Projects wothout reviewing the dates of each predicessor or
successor?

Catfish,
As a first cut, look at the critical path. The tracking Gantt is one
built-in view that will show this. You could also filter on the Critical
field.

If you want to do a trace on a particular task, you might try fellow
MVP, Jack Dahlgren's macro called "trace". You can access Jack's website
at: http://masamiki.com/project/macros.htm

Hope this helps.
