A consultant sent us his biosketch with Markup enabled. I can change it to
Final from the markup menu on the toolbar and from the View menu (disable
markup). However, when I save, close and reopen, the markup is back.
Any idea how to remove it permanently?

The easiest way is to save it as a rich text file. That keeps the formatting
but should also get rid of all of the extra features.

I did try that, but with Word 2003, the markup still displays opening the RTF
file.

Click the arrow beside the Accept Change button and choose Accept All
Changes in Document. Then Save.

And if this is a Word consultant, don't hire him!

No, it wasn't a Word consultant. ha

Thanks for your suggestion. I thought she had done that or for some reason
it wouldn't work for what she wanted to do. I guess we were forgetting the
obvious. Thanks again.
