Tracking clicks on hyperlinks

Hi,

I have a document in which I have generated a Table Of Contents. My aim is
to be able to count the number of times somebody has clicked on any of the
chapters available in the Table Of Contents. Meaning: for each entry in the
Table of Contents maintain somewhere the number of times each "link" was
clicked upon.

Is there a way (by hook or by crook) to maintain this "number of times"
clicked list?
