Tracking Emails with Exchange

Hi all, I was wondering if there is a way to see if an email has been opened by the recipient. With Novell I was able to go to my "sent" folder and right click on the message that I sent and was able to see if who has (if it was sent to a group of people or an individual) opened the message. Is this function available with Exchange using Entourage or Outlook for that fact? Thanks,

To my knowledge, Exchange only offers Return Receipts. What you're
describing does not exist in Exchange (or Entourage).
