I am trying to make a slide show where I start a timer at some point in the
presentation, that keeps on going while I continue the presentation until I
stop the timer.
My approach to do this is that I placed two control buttons and a label on
the master slide. One button is to start the timer, the other is to stop the
timer. The value of the timer is displayed as the label caption. By using
the Now property, I can zero set the timer when I start it. When I push the
other button, I simply subtract the original Now reading from the current Now
reading. That part I can handle.
What I would like to do, is to have the label change every few second to
reflect how much time has passed. That would then be a functional stop watch
while I move on with the presentation.
