Traditional Chinese showing as random characters in ASPX page

Hi,

Just start to learn ASPX pages.

The Chinese characters that I put on the ASPX pages cannot be displayed
correctly and turned to random characters.

Using ASP and HTML pages, however, it shows correctly.

Kindly advise what are missing here.
