Training demo (Sharepoint) jumps,like an old VHS, how do I fix it?

While viewing the training demo for Sharepoint designer 2007, it jumps, like
an old VHS tape would after being stretched. How do I fix it? I am having
troubles viewing it for more than a minute at a time without getting "motion
sickness" - it makes me dizzy. It only seems to do it when it is in the
larger size, but I can't see the details (of what menus to pick) when it is
smaller.

You may want to also post this in the MS Office Sharepoint Designer discussion group and provide a link to the particular training
demo you're referring to. The speed of your connection may be mismatched, or you may want to download then view it.
