Transfering addresses from Enourage or Palm to Outlook

I'm trying to transfer my address book from either Entourage or Palm/
Palm desktop to Outlook.
None of the export/import combination I tried has worked.
I'll appreciate any help.

There is a tool that will move much of your data to a format that Outlook
can import from. It's called "Export-Import Entourage". Download a copy of
Export-Import Entourage and check out the Read Me (free) to learn
whether this product might be what you need.

It is designed for use with Entourage, though I think it includes some
converters for Palm Desktop too.
