Transfering contacts to different computer

How do we transfer contacts from Outlook 97 in one
computer to Outlook 2000 in another computer connected by
LAN with Windows 98?

Just open Outlook 97's PST file in Outlook 2000, drag and drop the contents
of the Contacts Folder.
