Transfering Files

HELP!!!!
I would like to transfer my contacts (Outlook) from
Windows '95 into Windows XP on another computer, how can I
do this??????

In Outlook you can:
1. Use the import/export wizard on the file menu to
export the contacts to a PST file and then reverse the
process on the new machine
2. Copy the existing PST file to the new computer and
import the contacts out of it.
