I transferred a user's account to a new computer. Both have 07 on them.
There was a previous user on this computer and we had no problems with her
outlook.
I transferred all of her mail through exchange and it is now all
there-however I am having some hangups now:
1. I can't single left click on a message in the preview area to get the
message to come up in the view pane. If I right click, the menu pops up and
then the message is displayed. Also-if I select the display images button,
it works, but doesn't load the images and just leaves the screen blank.
2. Reminders come up and flash but then the reminder screen goes in the
back of the main outlook window. If I click it in the open window tray, it
just comes to the foreground for a flash, then goes away again. I can not
select close or dismiss.
3. I got the prompt to ask if I wanted to go online for solutions to
problems and the entire window froze. I had to Cntrl/Alt/Del and close the
task to get it to go away.
Like I said, all her email has transferred over from the server, but now her
outlook is unusable the way it is...
