transferring mail and addresses from Apple Mail

How can I help someone transfer previous mail and address book to
Entourage. Mail is not a choice on the import menu.

Instructions for importing messages from Mail are here:

You can export addresses from Address Book by dragging them to the Desktop,
and then dragging them onto the Entourage program icon to import them.
However, not all fields will transfer correctly. For a proper
synchronization, you need Paul Berkowitz's "Sync Entourage-Address Book"
script. It's available from ScriptBuilders @ MacScripter.

Separate versions are available for Panther and Jaguar. Make sure you
download the right one.
