Transferring Outlook 2003 Business ContactManager Files to Entourage

I'm transitioning from a PC to a Mac and would appreciate any guidance on how to transition our Outlook .PST files and Business Contact Manager .BCM files to Entourage. Business Contact Manager was an option in Outlook 2003 that offered a very detailed level of address cards.

Can't help with the .BCM files, but can get you started with .pst.
