I have a macro in Access that transfers 5 spreadsheets to a specific
spreadsheet Excel. I then go into Excel where there are a series of macros
to trnsfer this data and format it. I works fine the first time but then I
go back and use Link Database in Access to bring in similar data from another
database. When I run the macro the first query run and then I receive an
error message that the spreadsheet is not in the expected format. When I
reopen the spreadsheet I get a series of error messages saying "File error -
Data may be lost" and the data on the spreadsheets have data moved around and
some cells now show #Value in certain fields that were text.
