I am in the process of rereading the Exchange FAQ

but wonder if there is a designated method for converting an Entourage
IMAP account to Exchange.
That is, a working account was originally created as IMAP in Entourage
10.1.1 and accessing Exchange Server 5.5. It has been updated to
Entourage 10.1.5 and the Exchange Server has been updated to E2KS with
DAV.
Due to the original configuration, Entourage kept the calendar and
contacts locally. I'd like to change the account so that Entourage can
access the GAL and also push the local address book to the server. Would
also like to push the local calendar up to the server so it can be
viewed as a standard free/busy calendar.
At this point I can only see one options - create a new Exchange
account. But how to migrate addresses and calendar from the old IMAP
account to the new Exchange account.
Similar questions for Rules and Mailing List Manager - can they be
exported from the IMAP account and imported into the Exchange account?
