A colleagues has reported that when opening either existing or new documents,
they are transparent, and the desktop and its icons can be seen through it.
The document name is displayed in the title bar, and the menus, & toolbars,
status bar are visible. They can click into the transparent document and
type, but nothing appears.
Excel and other programs are OK. Tried resetting everyting and deleting
Normal.dot - to no avail. Would a re-install fix it - or is it some display
problem in word that we cannot find.
