Trapping SHIFT-ALT-Spacebar event. Possible?

Is there any way to prevent Windows from trapping the event caused by
SHIFT-ALT-Spacebar? I can bind a macro (in Excel) to CTRL-ALT-Spacebar,
but not SHIFT, and I want to.

Any help would be most appreciated.
