Trash basket

Hi,
Using Outlook 2003.When I am going to get rid off a mail,
it always goes to "Trash can", then I have to take them
away from there. How can I delete a mail without going
through "trash can". Control + delete does not work.
All help is appriciated

Try Shift+Delete instead.
