تحويل البرنامج او النظام المصمم بالاكسس الى مل٠تنÙيذي بحيث اناهو يصعب على
المستخدم او مدخل البيانات علية Ùتحة او التعديل علية وماهي التعليمات التي
يقوم بهاء المبرمج الكي يستطيع ان يعدل اذإ لوحظ تعديل

No, you can't create an .exe. You can obtain the Access runtime to allow
people who do not have Access installed -- see MVP Tony Toews' site,
http://www.granite.ab.ca/accsmstr.htm to look for details about the runtime.
