Treo 650 Hot Sync to Entourage

I just got a Treo 650 and it will not hot sync with Entourage. Do I
need to download some software to do this. Where would I find it.
Other suggestions. Thanks.

I assume you're working with Office 2004?

If so, syncing should work fine once you install the Entourage conduits.
This is a separate installer program.

Go Applications > Microsoft Office 2004 > Additional Tools. In that folder,
run "Handheld Sync Installer."

Once you set it up, open HotSync Manager and ensure that you set up the
Entourage conduits the way you'd like them.

Also, within HotSync Manager, be sure to click the box toward the bottom of
the screen that says "Enable syncing for these newer devices" (or similar
wording. It won't sync without enabling this.

You need to install the standard Palm software first, and the go to the
additional tools folder of your Office 2004 install and install the
hand held synch product - then all should be OK.
