I'ld like to change the drive and directory used to store Outlook Express Version 6 documents and folders. Under the help menu, I find instructions to go to Tools | Maintenance | click on storage and and navigate to where I want them. That all appears to work, and I get instruction that "changes will not take effect until Outlook Express is restarted". I restart. No change. Storage location in Tools | Maintenance... still the same. i suspected that the unique directory identifier used in the original path name might be necessary. Included that in new path name, still failed.
