Trouble emailing to groups

I keep getting "failed connection" when I try to send to groups. I suspect
it may be an incorrect address. There are more than 50 people in one group,
another 150 in the other. Advice?

Ed,
I built an email alias/group with 300 names yesterday. I had the same
problem until those address that had bad internet domains (@xxx.com,
for example) denoted by the xxx before the .com in the example, were
corrected or deleted. A real pain. I love Macs but not Entourage.

I suspected that all along. Now I have to go "domain hunting." I suppose
that's a job better done with a shotgun than a rifle.

I'll let you know how it works.
