TROUBLE INSTALLING TRIAL VERSION OF MS PROJECT

Hello.

I am trying to install MS Project 2003 that I downloaded from the web site.
I keep getting an error message to the effect that the software is " not a
valid 32-bit Windows application." Can anyone give me suggestions on what to
do about this so that I can actually run the software ? Please respond to:
