trouble reading simplified Chinese Characters

Hi,

I know was wondering has anyone had anyone trouble reading simplified
Chinese Characters with Outlook 2000. I have already selected Encoding and
selected GB 2312 , but it does not work.

I have also added the Simplified Chinese Language pack to MS Office , but it
does not seem to be able to show the content of the emails as Chinese
characters.

The same email when shown in Outlook Express does reveal the Chinese
characters.
