trouble with FPSE and sending form data via email

I've got a form on a hosted site that gives the following
error when hitting submit:
Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page

The host claims that FPSE are configured properly. I
also have another site with this same host / same
server....where the form submission via emailing is
working just fine.

Any ideas appreciated.
