Trouble with fully justified margins.

The last line of each of my paragraphs in a fully justified document is
justifying when the last line should be justified at the left margine only.
The last lines look ridiculous because they are spreading out. I've tried
Microsofts help but they say to go into Tools - Options - Complex Screen
(which I don't have). Don't know what to do. Help
