Troubleshoot Narration

Hi --

I'm making my first attempt at adding narrative to a PowerPoint presentation.
The last word or portion of the word is being dropped from each slide - at
times - you can hear this information on the next slide.

Can someone help please?? Thanks so much!

Are you doing this through Slide Show > Record Narration?
Try double clicking on the sound icon of each slide. Lets say if the last
word on 3rd slide is heard on the beginning of 4th slide, then you are
probably proceeding to the next slide too fast during the recording.
If that's not the case, then click Slide Show > Slide Transition. Add a few
more seconds (e.g. 5 seconds) to "automatically after" on those slides where
the sound are cut off.
