Trying to automate somethin'/Bybassing dialog

I have an Excel Macro that sending emails. However when being transferred to
Outlook 2000/XP, there is always a dialog popped up asking for confirmation
that is from another lauguage which means
"Some application program is trying to send emails on your behalf. It could
be a virus, do you want to continue with this operation?"
How do I bypass this dialog?
