CQMMAN
Hello,
I am trying to get a bit of java in my internal sig using Outlook 2000. I
have changed my default email format to HTML, created an HTML file to use as
a template, that contains the following:
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=us-ascii">
<DIV id=Signature1 onmouseover="Signature1.innerHTML='CQMMAN'"
style="FONT-SIZE: 13pt; COLOR: blue; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"
onmouseout="Signature1.innerHTML='CQMMAN'">CQMMAN </DIV>
<DIV id=SignatureTitle onmouseover="this.innerHTML='My Title'"
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"
onmouseout="this.innerHTML='Other Title'">My Title
</DIV>
<DIV id=Signature2 onmouseover="Signature2.innerHTML='My Company PLC'"
style="FONT-SIZE: 13pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"
onmouseout="Signature2.innerHTML='My Department PLC'">My Department PLC
</DIV>
<DIV id=Signature3 onmouseover="Signature3.innerHTML='Fax: 0207 888 8725'"
style="FONT-SIZE: 13pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"
onmouseout="Signature3.innerHTML='Phone: 0207 888 8672'">Phone: 0207 888
8672</DIV>
It works in the preview of the signature chooser, but not on the actual
email, either when during composition, or after sending it.
Not sure whether it is a limitation of Outlook, or something to do with the
script.
Any ideas?
Cheers
