trying to print ends with a error -50

everytime i try to pront an email from within entourage
(office 2004) i get a dialog that states that printing is
impossible due to an error (-50).

printing from word and excel is ok. i tried the usual
things (deleting prefs, correcting rights aso.) but no
chance :-(

I'm seeing the same problem after rebuilding the database after purging
attachments from a folder.

Printing from any portion of Entourage gives the same error; all other apps
print fine to any of the three printers I have defined.

I am running OS X 10.3.5, all security patches have been applied. Entourage
is version 11.1.0, also with all patches applied.

The error did not appear until after performing a database rebuild.

I've seen no follow-up on similar postings to this problem and am wondering
what course of action to take. Exporting the mail to MBOX format and
re-importing, while possible, is not practical as the db is 2.9Gb in size.

Please advise.
