trying to Query Outlook information

Hello, I'm trying to query the contact information from
Outlook. I would like to use it for a third party
billing program that would cross reference a phone # from
contacts and put in the contact informatioin (address,
name, social, & etc.) If anyone could point me in the
right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
