trying to use "Load a ListBox from a Named Range in Excel using DAO"

Usinng word2k, Win 2k
I found this Code on the mvp website. It looks pretty straight
forward. When i tried to run it I get a "runtime errror 3011" Microsoft
jet database engine could not find object 'myobj' make sure the object
exists and that you spell its name correctly and the path name
correctly.
I have double checked the spelling a path to the "named range i am
trying to load. I have verifed the reference to dao 3.6 object library,
