turn off resolve recipient

How can I turn off the resolve recipient feature in Microsoft OUtlook 2003.
I don't want the email address to be resolved against any address book when
forwarding an email.

Tools > Options > Preferences > Email Options > Advanced Email options
Turn off Automatic Name checking
