I use MS Office X on Apple's OS X. In Entourage, the email program
component, every time therer is a failure to get service form a mail
server, it puts a message on an error log, puts an icon in the corner of
the window, and most annoyingly, bounces the program icon up and
down in the Dock. Worse, this triggers my speech component to speak
the alert message out loud.
Since I check some 5 servers every few minutes, the chanced of getting
through a few hours without such a notification is nil. These events are
of no interest.
Any way i can turn this feature off??
