Two different computers, 1 Time Machine backup

Let's say there are two employees, Carol and Sheri. Both leave the company and the new girl, Reba, gets Sheri's computer. However, the emails on Carol's machine are needed so that Reba will have all the contact info, past conversations, etc.

Carol's computer has been using Time Machine, Sheri's hasn't. Both computers have been cleaned up by the folks at the local Apple store, so the only access to old emails is Carol's Time Machine backup.

So, how do I get the Time Machine copies of emails onto the one Reba will be using, Sheri's computer? I don't know what Carol's password is, so if that's required for access to the files on Time Machine, how do I get past that?

Just to make sure....these are POP accounts not Exchange??

Time Machine backups of Entourage are not exactly reliable. When you copy a
database while it is being written to, the copy can be corrupt.

AFAIK, Time Machine does not require a password. Once you get them on one
computer, you just copy over the Identity or the entire Microsoft User Data
folder. If you need to merge, let us know.
