Hi All,

I have two separate exchange accounts that I need to run BUT I would like to
have them both contain the same calendar entries. Does anyone know of a way
to doi this? Could a script run to keep them both the same, one being the
primary?

Thanks

It could, but why not just share one calendar out and access it from the
other account?

Hi,

Sorry to sound dumb but how? The two exchange servers are in different
places, I am accessing them both by https.

Simply right-click (option-click) on the calendar in the left hand listing
of calendars in calendar view and select 'sharing' from the contextual menu.
You can then add a new person to the list of allowed sharers and apply
permissions.

Next, in the other exchange account, select 'open other user's folder' from
the file menu. And set the type drop down menu to 'calendar'. Enter the
first user's name and you should be set to go :)

Thanks,

I think I might have missed a point. The other person is on another exchange
account on another server I cant do the simple sharing. I guess I was hoping
for way to simply replicate all of one calendar to another on a different
emeail address and different server account.
