I do.

MUD/Identities/Main Identity
MUD/Office X/Identities/Main Identity

The first one is the path to Outlook Express 5 identity data, likely left
over from your OS 9 days.

The second one I presume you meant:
MUD/Office X Identities/Main Identity
That is for Office X.

I sure don't have the first one. You can try to quit all Office app and
move it to the desktop. Then launch Entourage to see whether it is
affected. My guess is that the application simply ignores the first one.
