You may have a rule set. Check "rules" under "Tools".
If you do, just delete the rule (or modify it).
Alternatively, your IT dept. have set some archiving or
rules. Ask them.
Can't help with second question.

The first question is really simple (I hope) after a
certain length of time, older e-mails are moved are from
my folders into the deleted items folder. How do I
prevent Outlook from automatically moving my e-mails
there?
The second question is a bit harder...in Outlook 2002
when I try printing an e-mail with HTML to any printer I
select from my list besides the default printer it does
not print to the one I selected, it just spits it out to
the default printer, not the one I asked it to print to.
Other e-mail's in rich text and plain text have no
problems printing to the printer I choose...only HTML
ones. How do I fix this other than constantly changing
the default printer around when I want to print HTML
messages to a non-default printer? Thanx for your help.
