Two profiles

I have created two profiles, each with their own
corresponding email address, on our home computer. We are
able to send & receive our email specifically, but I
still see both addresses' emails no matter which profile
I choose when opening Outlook.

Second question, probably related. When I choose fonts,
colors, stationary etc for one profile, it changes the
other profile as well.

Is it possible to have these things be separate &
different, to each profile - along with only
seeing/sending/receiving only the email that corresponds
to the profile?
