".txt" attachments on all Outlook 2002 mail

All of a sudden I am receiving ".txt" attachments with
all my e-mails. Whenever someone sends me an e-mail or
responds to one of mine, the message is repeated in
a ".txt" attachment.

Does anyone know why or what I can do to stop this from
happening?
