Typing a date today like 6/1 should default to 2004 not 2005

Assume that today is May 15th (5/15), and I am inputting historical data, if
I type 6/15 or 7/15................12/15, the year will automatically default
to 2005. These dates haven't even happened yet. I don't know about
everybody else, but I do a lot more back-dating then I do future dating. And
after all, it's just a default and is easy to change.

The assumption is that it easier to plan for the future than to plan for the
past..
