Typing message hit enter Bsod

Hi,
At work we just gotten office 2003,
But every time I try to type a letter and hit the enter key, I get :
Unhandled exception at 0x03978c46 in WINWORD.EXE: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x9ef807b0.
Thos nobody test these programs before releasing them ?

Hi Michel,

There were several thousand people involved in the testing of Office 2003
before it was released.

Try renaming your normal.dot template and then restart Word. There are a
number of third party software packages that are known to cause problems
with the operation of Word. So-called anti-virus packages for one.
