Typing Numbers in Farsi Language

I am not able to type numbers in arabic script in the publisher's window. It
always give me English for example I want 1999 in arabic but it dose not
comply.

In word I have no problem, in tools, options, complex Script I have set the
context ooption and I am ok. Publisher does not have this option. Can some
one help please.
