Typing onto a "LIVE" presentation

Does anyone know of a way to type onto a slide during a
presentation?
I'm trying to prepare a tote page where a slide can be
brought up with all the necessary headers and information,
then about half way down the page a table box with
limitless rows allows someone to type onto it during the
presentation.
Is this even possible?

This is possible in a multi-monitor setup. You can project the slide show
while you would continue to see the slide design view on the laptop. When you
type anything to the slide on the laptop, the slide show would reflect this
change.
