Ugly e-mail

I get lots of nice e-mail with backgrounds and logos, but I can't seem to
generate the same with Entourage 9.0.1. When I steal a background, it merely
shows as an attachment. With logos, I have no control over where they'll
appear. Does 9.0.1 have these capabilities.

Also, sometimes I get e-mails that look like PDFs, not attachments, but you
open the mail and there's a document complete with graphics, etc. Can
Entourage do that? Or is there some affordable software I'd need to get to
make that happen?
