Hi,
This may be a question that's been answered before, but I've spent over
three hours looking on Google, Microsoft's web site (inc Knowledge Base) and
trawling through various newsgroups, to no avail.
I want to enter UK addresses as the Mailing Address for most of my contacts,
however the form that appears in Outlook labels the fields in US fashion.
The problem is that the US layout seems to lump together parts of the
address I'd rather keep seperate.
For example the US version with a typical UK address looks like this:
Street Flat 1
"The Limes"
2 The Close
High Street
Lye
City STOURBRIDGE
State/Province West Midlands
Zip/Postal code DY9 8GG
Country/Region United Kingdom
The first part of the address is all lumped together under "Street", but
ideally these could do with being seperate, so that when I mail merge them
later on, I can get the correct layout (this is not onto an envelope, but
into a contact directory).
What I could do with is a form like this:
House
Street 1
Street 2
Town
Postal Town
County
Post Code
Country/Region
Is there any way of doing this in Outlook?
Many thanks for the patience of reading this - and any solutions!
Regards
Nik
