I have deleted from my inbox some unopened emails and
other unwanted items. I periodically go in and remove all
recoverable items, but as of last week I am unable to
click on Deleted Items, then select TOOLS/RECOVER ITEMS.
The folder attempts to open, but continually will close
out my outlook. I presume there is a corrupt mail
message resident, but I can't get in to permanently
remove it. Any ideas??
