Unable to add message to IMAP mailbox....

Ok, I have 10 users all on G4s running Mac OS 10.2.8 (the newest
patch). All of these have Office X to include Entourage X that is
fully updated and connecting to an Exchange 2000 server via IMAP.

Two of the users continue to have the following error after attempting
to send an e-mail or meeting invitation. The error pops up
sparadically, as in not every time they send a messsage.

" Error -

The server returned the following error.

Unable to add the message to the IMAP mailbox. The corresponding
local folder will be used instead.

Error: -2171"


All of the users are set up in the same manner and I have compared all
of the settings on the Accounts. I cannot seem to locate the issue.

I searched this message board for both the error message and number
but the suggestion that I found did not apply. Here was what I found.

"Click the IMAP server icon in the Folder List and click Update List.
Then go to Tools --> Accounts, open your IMAP account, and click the
Advanced tab. Click the pop-up next to 'Store sent messages in this
IMAP folder', click 'Choose'. Re-select your Sent Items Folder and
click OK."

There is not a 'Store sent messages in this IMAP folder' option on the
Advanced tab in Entourage X connecting through Exchange.
