Unable to add message to IMAP mailbox

I run an office with 5 OSX Tiger machines running Office 2004. We're
using a Windows SBS 2003 SP1 server for IMAP e-mail an we've recently
strted getting an error:

Unable to add message to IMAP mailbox. The corresponding local folder
will be used instead. Error: -3253

Not only do sent items not get saved to the IMAP folder, but I can't
even drag and drop the local copies onto the IMAP folder or I get the
same error. I know the issue isn't with Quotas since none of the
accounts is anywhere near the 1g limit that I set. We've been running
for almost a year now and just started getting this error. I don't get
this error when I use Outlook on my home PC, so I'm not sure where the
problem is.

Let me know if you have any ideas/suggestions.
