Unable to Copy Database folder to another computer

My Powerbook G4 has a defective screen. I am sending it back to Apple to
replace. I set up another Mac to run Entourage while the Powerbook G4 is out
for repair. I set up the Mac and tried to copy my Identity's FOLDER to the
USERS Folder>OSX IDENTITIES Folder and I am getting a message that reads:
³Contains one or more busy items that cannot be changed² I click OK and
continue to copy and it never does copy over to my replacement Mac. It hangs
up on the DATABASE file. Is there a way I can copy my IDENTITY to another
Mac so I can still access email? Then once my Powerbook returns, can I
replace the identity back to the Powerbook?

Thanks!!
